This video was filmed on Hale O Lono Beach on the west end of the island of Molokai. This is one of those "off-the-beaten path" type of beaches where you drive a somewhat bumpy dirt road for several miles south of Maunaloa town.

Although not shown in the video, this small beach area is near the Hale O Lono Harbor which is where the annual Molokai Outrigger Canoe Competition starts, where sand mining activities occurred during the mid 1900s, and a former US Military training ground during WW II.
