Placing an Order at TheEpicenter.com (Epicenter Supplies LLC)

1) The fastest way to submit an order is via our 24-hour online order system using our secure checkout process.

2) We have an ORDER MINIMUM of $10.00.

3) We also accept orders by phone during business hours. If we don't answer, please leave us a message.

4) We are not a retail store. We ask that all orders be placed in advance, either online or via phone. LOCAL CUSTOMERS: Please call ahead to arrange an appointment to visit our warehouse. Please place your order in advance by phone or online; if you request Hold For Pick Up at our Warehouse in Eugene, we will call you within 1–2 business days to arrange for order pick up.

5) We do not accept ANY international orders. We do not accept orders for shipment outside of the U.S. (we do not ship to U.S. territories), but we do accept payment from Canadian customers for shipment to a U.S. location only.

6) We are unable to accept payment from any bank or billing address located outside of the U.S. or Canada.

7) We ship only to destinations within the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to freight forwarding companies nor do we accept third-party billing or pick up for outgoing shipments.

8) All online orders receive an automatic order confirmation email.

9) Orders typically ship within 1-2 full business days of payment confirmation. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you.

10) A shipping confirmation email with tracking info will be sent upon shipment of each order (a valid customer email address required).

11) All orders are subject to acceptance of our published policies.

Shipping Options

  • UPS Ground
    Our standard shipping method for UPS is Ground service for all shipments within the contiguous U.S. only. For more information, please see our Shipping Policy for UPS.
  • US Postal Service
    We use Priority Service (Priority and Priority Flat Rate) and Ground Advantage for our USPS shipments throughout the U.S. including Alaska and Hawaii. For more information, please see our Shipping Policy for US Postal Service.
  • Local Customer Pick Up (Eugene, OR)
    For our local customers in the Eugene-Springfield area who want to schedule order pick up: We do not have a retail store front. All orders for pick up at our Eugene warehouse must be placed in advance. No shipping or handling charges will be added to your order. We will contact you when your order is ready to make arrangements for pick up (usually within 24 hours, often sooner).

Payment Options

  • Credit Card
    We gladly accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards issued and registered in the U.S. or Canada. The full billing name and exact billing address for the credit card is required. Expiration date and CVV security code must match the card number provided.
    If you are using a prepaid gift card, it must be registered with your name and valid billing address on the card issuer’s website for us to be able to accept payment.
  • PayPal
    PayPal, PayPal Pay Later, and Venmo: We ship only to confirmed addresses - in your account, add the address you wish to use along with credit card information that bills to that address.
  • ShopPay
    We ship only to ShopPay confirmed addresses.
  • Call for Credit Card Info
    If you select the option for us to call you for credit card payment information, we will contact you within one (1) business day via the telephone number provided with your order. We will have your order number — feel free to ask for it so you know it's us calling.
  • Mail Check or Money Order
    Orders with payment by check or money order will be held for up to seven (7) business days. Should there be a delay in sending your payment, please notify us immediately.
    Send checks/money orders to: Epicenter Supplies LLC | 384 Wallis Street Ste #2 | Eugene, OR 97402. Be sure to include your order number on your check. Shipment will be held until the funds have cleared. Returned (NSF) checks are subject to a $25 fee, and may be subject to civil and/or criminal penalties.
  • Purchase Orders & Requesting Net Terms
    Purchase Orders are accepted from established company/agency/government accounts only. A Purchase Order is required for all orders from established accounts requesting Net 30 payment terms. Purchase Orders will be accepted only from Government agencies, 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations, and established businesses. A $250 minimum order (products only; not including shipping cost) is required for Net terms, otherwise prepayment is required.
    For all Net 30 orders, please forward a copy of your official agency/company Purchase Order to us via email in PDF format or by fax to 541-338-9050 within 24 hours of placing an order. All purchase orders are subject to approval prior to processing.
    No wire transfers are accepted. Payment must be made by check with U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank account. Payment via credit card on an order with Net terms may result in an additional processing fee up to 3% of the total order cost.

Credit Card Declines

When a credit card company rejects a charge, they may allow a temporary "Authorization" to remain on the card. Authorizations are not an actual charge, but a temporary "hold for funds" and they will drop off your account automatically after a few days. Authorizations may "appear" as a charge on your online statement, but they are never included in the monthly amount that is due at the end of your billing cycle.

The same is true for a voided charge if an order is cancelled prior to our end of day deposit.

Online Order Confirmation

Once your order has been submitted and accepted, you will be directed to the Order Confirmation page.

Within minutes, you should also receive your order confirmation by email. If you do not receive your order confirmation email within 30 minutes, please check your email spam filtered folder (some email providers may flag our order confirmation emails due to embedded hyperlinks to our Shipping Policy and UPS / USPS service alert website pages. We will send your shipping confirmation email with order tracking number(s) as soon as your order ships.

No Printed Catalogs

Sorry, we do not have a printed catalog due to our constantly changing inventory. Our merchandise changes too rapidly for a printed catalog to stay current. Our website acts as our catalog, so please visit TheEpicenter.com frequently for the most up-to-date information and products.

Our website is constantly updated, so pricing and availability of items is always as current as possible. Should an item unexpectedly go out of stock or become unavailable, we will notify you immediately via email or telephone and revise your order accordingly.
