Peak Refuel Shelf Life
* Shelf Life Update: All Peak Refuel products now have a 10-year shelf life. Currently, all Peak Refuel pouches are labeled with a 5 or 10-year "best by date." As you may know, being fully freeze-dried and having the same packaging process as others that claim a shelf life of 25+ years, Peak Refuel meals should last well beyond the "best by" date. Being a young company, Peak Refuel has not yet been able to conduct the testing necessary to claim the 25+ year shelf life, but they plan to do so as they get older as a company. Note: Shelf life is always dependent upon storage conditions!
Storage and Handling
DO NOT OPEN UNTIL READY TO USE. Store your food in dry, sanitary conditions, avoiding any environment that could cause damage to the packaging. Pouches should be stored unopened. Avoid prolonged exposure to temperatures above 75°F to maximize shelf life.
