Ready to Eat MRE Tuscan Beef with Cannelini Beans Entree Only

Fully cooked Tuscan Beef with Cannellini Beans, Tomatoes, Bell Peppers, Lentils, and Vegetable Blend. Note: We thought there was an overpowering flavor of Rosemary(?). We were pleased that the beef cubes don't taste like processed beef. It would be nice if there were more Cannelini Beans, less Rosemary/Spices. This entree is more like a soup, and we think it would be a good winter, cold-weather MRE, but we would also recommend adding a side of rice to the dish. Single-serving, 8 oz. ready to eat entree. Packaging may vary.

About Individual MRE Entrees

MRE entrees are "ready to eat" and easy to prepare — no cooking is required. They are completely precooked, self-contained foods (military meals) that require NO REFRIGERATION and can be eaten cold, right out of the pouch (although we think they taste better heated, typically with the MRE Flameless Ration Heater, available for purchase separately).

MREs are an extremely popular emergency preparedness food. They are also a great option for outdoor recreation activities such as camping, hunting, hiking, boating, and fishing, as well as for RV, motorcycle, and off-road adventures.

Single-serving MRE entrees are very convenient, easy to pack and store, and provide an excellent source of nutrition and energy whenever you might need it.

Meals ready to eat entrees typically have a 5 to 7 year shelf life when stored at 80° F — longer if stored in cooler conditions.

MRE Entree Ingredients, Allergens & Nutritional Info: Due to our constantly changing inventory of individual MRE components, we are unable to accurately provide the ingredients and nutritional info for MRE entrees. Our inventory of this entree often includes different lot numbers and manufacturer production runs which can result in a recipe modification and/or a slight ingredient change. Please refer to the actual product label for most accurate information.

Note: MREs do not have an Expiration Date printed on the packaging. Shelf life is dependent upon storage temperature.
