Will it Freeze Dry? Freeze Dried Leftover Chinese Food

What do you do with leftover Chinese food? Freeze Dry It in a Harvest Right Freeze Dryer!

We had some leftover Chinese food from one of our favorite local restaurants called "Ocean Garden" (in Springfield, Oregon). We decided to freeze dry a few of our favorite Chinese dishes: Green Bean Chicken, Pork Egg Foo Yung, Special Lo Mein, Asparagus Shrimp, Fried Rice, and Steamed White Rice.

For lunch with the crew, we reconstituted and tried the Green Bean Chicken and Fried Rice. We have not tried the others yet but, based on how the lunch went today, we are sure they will be great too!
