Janet and Bryan tried this dish for the first time while camping over the 2022 Labor Day Weekend holiday: Butternut Dal Bhat. It contains Red Lentils, Chickpeas, Rice, and Butternut Squash. Some of the chickpeas did not completely rehydrate but that did not deter the tastiness of the entree. And, although it's good on it's own, we added some salt and curry powder to notch it up a bit. We gave this dish a solid 4 out of 5 stars.
