Another review of a great freeze dried food item from Mountain House — the Breakfast Skillet made with hashbrowns, eggs, pork sausage, bell peppers, and onions. We made breakfast burrito wraps by stuffing MRE Tortillas with the Breakfast Skillet.
As it turns out, the 2-serving pouch of Breakfast Skillet makes quite a bit of food, and we really could have used a third package of tortillas (2 tortillas per pouch) to go with it and could have easily fed another person.
This video was filmed on island of Molokai's "West End" (Hawaii) on Dixie Maru Beach. Not another soul in sight for most of the day. It's a nice, short hike to this beach from a hidden beach public access parking lot. Another great day in Hawaii...May 2015.
