Freeze Dried Liverwurst Braunschweiger in a Harvest Right Freeze Dryer

EpicenterBryan and EpicenterJohn decided to make a batch of Freeze Dried Liverwurst (Braunschweiger) using our Harvest Right freeze dryer.

The first attempt to rehydrate the freeze-dried liverwurst didn't work, but several weeks later Bryan and John decided to blend the freeze dried liverwurst into a powder before rehydrating it and that worked great! Although they both loved it, Janet wasn't interested in trying it at all (Jessica is a Vegan, so she was a "no go" too).

So the question remains: Is it better than fresh? Is it better in rehydrated form or consumed in the freeze dried form (unrehydrated)? Hmmm...
