TheEpicenter.com's 2017 Freeze Dried Christmas Dinner was a memorable one. Everything on our Christmas dinner table was freeze dried in our Harvest Right Freeze Dryer! The menu included:
- Freeze Dried Turkey
- Freeze Dried Stuffing
- Freeze Dried Green Bean Casserole with Caramelized Onions
- Freeze Dried Mashed Potatoes
- Gravy (made with Freeze Dried Turkey Broth)
- Freeze Dried Pumpkin Pie (with Freeze Dried Whipping Cream!)
- Freeze Dried Egg Nog
This was our first company Christmas Dinner without Jenny. :(
