In this video, we review four freeze dried meals produced and packaged by Bushka's Kitchen. We purchased the Bushka's Kitchen Bundler pack for this taste test extravaganza, which contains the following freeze dried meals:
- Citrus Chia Morning (Vegan)
- Zesty Zoodles in Avocado Sauce (Vegan)**
- Unstuffed Pepper with Ground Bison
- Hearty Harvest with Wild Boar
This was a bittersweet day, because we also said our farewell to Jessica...Thank you for your 10+ years of service at TheEpicenter! We wish you the very, very best in your new adventures!
** Just to clarify, there are NO mushrooms in the Zesty Zoodles! :)
Overall, we were extremely impressed with these freeze dried meals. They all had a fresh pack date, beautiful packaging, appealing ingredients, and they were shipped in a very timely manner. The only down side to these meals we discovered are 1) we think the meals might need a little more time to rehydrate (longer than 3 minutes), and 2) the stated shelf life is only 2 years from package date. But that will not deter us from purchasing additional Bushka's Kitchen meals for our own personal use!
