Fraud Prevention

Order Processing

Customer Documents
- You will be provided with an electronic order confirmation email when your order has been submitted online. Orders placed via phone will receive an order confirmation email upon request.
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking number and scheduled delivery date will be sent to the email address you provided with your order.
- A payment receipt and invoice will be shipped with your order.
- If you would like to receive another copy of your order receipt and invoice, please contact us and we'd be happy to do that for you!
Product Availability
Products are subject to availability. Since there is a delay between the time your order is submitted, and the time when the order is accepted and processed, the stock availability may change. If a product you have ordered becomes out of stock before we process your order for shipment, we will notify you as soon as possible.
If a product is out of stock, TheEpicenter.com will process a refund of payment (including any applicable shipping charges), or you may choose a different product for the same price subject to availability.
