No Sales Tax

We do not charge our customers a sales tax. We are located in Eugene, Oregon. Oregon does not currently impose a general sales tax.

Our Online Order System is Secure

In the shaded box next to your selected item(s), indicate the number of items (quantity) you would like to order and click the "Add Selected Item(s)" button in the Shopping Cart Control Panel section at the bottom of the page.

You can add, modify/edit your Cart contents at any time prior to final order confirmation.

Once an item has been added to your Cart, be sure to enter your Shipping Address ZIP Code in the GREEN BOX for calculation of the Ground shipping cost for your order. Shipping costs are recalculated with any modifications/edits made to your order prior to final order confirmation. You can edit the Shipping Address ZIP Code at any time prior to final confirmation and acceptance of your order.

• Entering Our Secure Online Order System: You will enter our Secure Order System (https) when you are ready to complete your order. You may also call 541-684-0717 to place your order over the telephone.
  
  Please note: We do not accept international orders, and we do not ship orders outside of the Lower 48 Continential U.S., with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii, which are shipped only via USPS Priority Mail. If you have an order for shipment to Alaska or Hawaii, please call us at 541-684-0717 to place your order.
  
  
• Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, check, or money order. All payments must be in U.S. funds only.
  
  NOTE: We also accept Purchase Orders from established agencies (see Agency Buyer Notice below).
  
  
• Order Confirmation: You will receive an automatic Email order confirmation for all orders placed via our secure online order system. If you do not receive an Email order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us. Also -- If your order cannot be processed as submitted, a staff member from TheEpicenter.com will contact you directly by Email or telephone.
  
  
• Shipping Confirmation: A shipping confirmation Email with tracking information will be sent as soon as completed orders are shipped.
