Placing an Order
The fastest way to submit an order is via our secure online order system.
We also accept orders by phone and fax.
- We do not accept orders for shipment outside of the U.S.
- All online orders receive an automatic order confirmation email.
- Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. If there will be a delay in shipping your order, we will contact you.
- We work hard to ensure that every order is accurately packed and sent out in a timely manner.
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking info will be sent upon shipment of the order (valid email address required).
We gladly accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. The full billing name and exact billing address for the credit card is required. Expiration date and CVV security code must match the card number provided. Note: We never save or store credit card information.
We also accept payment by PayPal. For PayPal orders, we ship only to PayPal confirmed addresses. To confirm your address, go to your PayPal account and add the address you wish to use along with credit card information that bills to that same address. PayPal will verify the address through the credit card information.
Call for Credit Card InfoIf you select the option for us to call you for credit card payment information, we will contact you within one (1) business day via the telephone number provided with your order. We will have your order number — feel free to ask for it so you know it's us calling.
Mail Check or Money OrderOrders with payment by check or money order will be held for ten (10) business days. Should there be a delay in sending your payment, please notify us immediately.
Send checks/money orders to: Epicenter Supplies LLC | 384 Wallis Street #2 | Eugene, OR 97402. Be sure to include your order number on your check. Shipment will be held until the funds have cleared. Returned (NSF) checks are subject to a $25 fee, and may be subject to civil and/or criminal penalties.
Purchase Orders & Requesting Net TermsA Purchase Order is required for all orders requesting Net 30 payment terms. Purchase Orders will be accepted only from Government agencies, 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations, and established businesses. A $250 minimum order is required for Net terms, otherwise prepayment is required.
For all Net 30 orders, please forward a copy of your official agency/company Purchase Order to us via email in PDF format or by fax to 541-338-9050 within 24 hours of placing an order. All purchase orders are subject to approval prior to processing.
Local Customer Pick Up
For our local customers in the Eugene-Springfield area who want to schedule order pick up:
- We do not have a retail store, but we are happy to receive your order via our online secure order system or by phone, and make arrangements for pick up here at our warehouse.
- No shipping or handling charges will be added to your order.
- You may choose to pay when you place your order, or payment may be made at the time of pick up (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Check, and Cash).
- We will contact you when your order is ready for pick up (usually within 24 hours, often sooner).
- If you would like to made advance notice for pick up, please call us at 541-684-0717.
Sorry, we do not have a printed catalog due to our constantly changing inventory. Our merchandise changes too rapidly for a printed catalog to stay current. Our website acts as our catalog, so please visit TheEpicenter.com frequently for the most up-to-date information and products.

Pricing, Promotions & Product Availability
Our website is constantly updated, so pricing and availability of items is always as current as possible. Should an item unexpectedly go out of stock or become unavailable, we will notify you immediately via email or telephone and revise your order accordingly.
Prices and availability of all products are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
- Shipping Charges: In today's current economy, we are unable to absorb all shipping costs. However, we do offer some shipping discounts whenever possible. Available shipping discounts will appear in your cart once the shipping charges have been calculated.
- Free Shipping Offer: Any of our published free shipping offers are valid only for orders shipped via UPS Ground delivery to a valid physical shipping address within the continental U.S. (Our free shipping offer is not available for Hawaii or Alaska orders. Expedited shipping requests free shipping offer.)
All undeliverable or refused/returned orders will nullify any free shipping offer, resulting in shipping charges being deducted from any eligible customer refunds.
All other items will incur shipping charges, based on our UPS negotiated rates (see our Shipping Policy).
- Promotional Offers: From time to time, we will advertise a special promotional offer. All promotional offers will be published on our “Specials” page.
We do our best to offer the lowest prices possible. We work hard to offer the best selection and availability of products, timely order processing, and we are always committed to providing excellent customer service.
We offer price matching ONLY on Mountain House #10 Cans. If you find the same exact product offered at a lower price by another authorized Mountain House dealer, we may be able to offer a price match if all of the following conditions are met:
- Price comparisons must include the product price(s) plus any additional shipping & handling charges or fees when calculating the Total Price of the product(s).
- Product(s) being price-matched must be offered by a legitimate and recognized authorized distributor of the product within the United States. We will not price match any products being sold at online auction or other similar sites (i.e., eBay, Amazon, Sears, Craigslist, etc.), or any unknown establishments
- The price comparison must be for the exact same product in our inventory; discontinued items and sale items are not eligible for a price match.
- We cannot accept price match requests for any “scratch/dent” offers or outdated products. We also cannot offer price matching for “similar” items
To request a price match for Mountain House products, please provide us with the Competitor's Total Price information along with the Company Name (catalog/website), Item Name and Item Code/Part Number, Item Price, and Shipping Cost via telephone (541-684-0717), Email (Contact Us), or via fax (541-338-9050).
